The best part of this image, if you ask me, is the white balance and temperature. creates a sort of cold mysterious feeling. Eerie I think someone said :D

Hmm, this shot must have been really difficult to get! How many times did you try? Personally I think a portrait shot would have been better for this. There's too much negative space to the right.

Not many, probably just a couple.
I was kind of playing off of the negative space. It exposed a bit darker than I had hoped (there were a few more branches on the right). What bothers me, really, is the fact that the blue got cut off on the left =D I'll have to try this shot again sometime, possibly with a different subject.

That is a pity :( What would have been nice was the blue balanced by negative space around it :P That would have been beautiful. I love those branches. I've tried taking a photo of branches silhoutted against the night sky and moon before, but it was rather difficult :( Plus the smoke from the campfire didn't really help :P
