More photography goodies: Framed by Nature .NET

An oldie but a goodie. This funnel twisted 3/4ths of the way to the ground before dissipating on July 14th, 2010. It did kick up a small cylinder of dust on the ground, but never fully condensed. I don't believe any structures were damaged. :phew:

This looks just like the one I saw last night near my neighborhood that nearly touched down, only it was late at night, and cloud-to-ground lightning was dancing all around nonstop. I just wish I had a lens like yours.
