Witness the power of nature...

Shot this last summer while hiking the "backwoods" around Lake Zorinsky. There are a couple seldom-used bike trails here and there, but I ventured off of those to find this lush landscape.

Always nice to take a walk somewhere like this to get away from daily life. Certainly doesn't feel like you're in the city!

Also, might have to throw this image into next year's calendar (coming soon). We'll see

I love the sun shining through the forest and casting long shadows like that on the ground. It's so pretty ;A; And the colors are so vivid! Great shot! <3
