By far my favorite stage of this storm. The "donut core of death" (see below) was cool, but this took the cake. :nod: A textured base above a golden wheat field, evening light filtering in, and thin anvil stingers forming overhead. All in all, a very humbling scene! :wow:

I like how the color and the clouds draw your eyes in an arch from bottom left, to middle right, to upper left.

Sort of reminds me of a scene from Reign of Fire when the big dragon comes out of the clouds and scorches everything. Awesome shots as always.
