A spinning mesocyclone re-intensifies as an apparent outflow-dominant storm threatens to blow it to pieces. Thought that was a big shelf cloud on the right at the time, but upon reviewing the images, I realized it was still a meso drawing inflow of its own. Thought the two would destroy each other when they collided, but that ended up being quite the opposite For those of you who have been following this series, the storm on the right is the meso from the previous photos, and the storm on the left is a revitalized version of the first storm.
Thanks! It was definitely one of the more unique scenes I've seen while chasing. Not too often you get TWO structured mesos in one frame. Absolutely loved how the left cell had clear air to one side and an impending storm on the other.
