I like it just the way it is.

I'm just getting in to HDR my self I am really enjoying it. So interesting what you can do with any subject.

It certainly is. It's so interesting how lifelike (or surreal) you can make a scene look.

I'd say this one is a bit more successful than the first one. There's a good deal more contrast in the sky here, and I think it looks a bit sharper as well.

And I'm not sure if you changed it, but I think the white balance looks a little more natural on this one too, which probably also helped a bit.

It'd be interesting to see a long series of these images, say over a week or a month. So I hope you keep these up! :)

Thanks! I'm glad you think so. The other had more vibrant colors, of course, but this one was easier to photograph- those hot pinks can be too much, even for HDR =D
I may do such a thing come springtime, I really don't feel like leaving the house for a winter sunset unless it's really fantastic :)

Sky is over exposed in my opinion...the red/orangeness seems to be to much as u fallow it to the center of the picture. Just my opinion, still an awesome shot.

Not sure I entirely understand, can you elaborate?

The clouds in the middle of the picture that are red look like they are waaaaay over exposed and think itd look better a tad darker like it is on the top left clouds. Course again this just in my opinion to each artist/photographer their own since we all see the world differently.

Alright! I see what you mean. That's how they looked (clouds in the middle are more vibrant because they were receiving more intense sunlight) so I simply left it.
Thanks for responding, by the way. I hate it when people give their opinion and don't follow up =D

hehe no problem! I understand how that can be irksome. Didnt mean for it to sound like iw as saying it didnt look good, just not my cup of tea per say, specialy when its something one might be able to fix with the burn(think thats the darken one...) tool in photoshop if u have it :)

i think this is a gorgeous picture, NecroGuru here just needs to see more of your work to get used to your unique style. you like to emphasize those bright colors, and you do it excellently.

Iv seen his others and they arent quite this over exposed, nor did i say it was bad, said it was "still an awesome shot." He asked for comment son what think/critique was just voicing my opinion on it. Any ways yes it is a gorgeous shot :)

Thank you very much. As you'll see in my next photo (or the one after) that sky was really glowing as the yellow began to turn pink.
