*INTOtheRFD was in town for the first time in months, so we decided to go out and do some star trails before he headed back. Went to Platte River State Park and set up just south of their small lake, looking north and keeping an eye on aurora plot observations. Auroras didn't end up happening, but we did get a few decent star trails! It was really a blast just being out in the middle of nowhere and shooting the breeze throughout the night :)
