I was really hoping for some local storms this night, but the closest they came was a couple counties north of us. Ended up shooting this storm, which was nearly 30 miles north of me. Luckily, it was still dropping a few visible CGs. I put on my 50mm f/1.4 and fired away. Stood in a field (right by an electrical plant, great idea lol) for about an hour watching these storms slowly move northeast. Not all of these bolts struck during the interval of one photo - this is a stack of 3 images.
