Crepuscular Spectacle

Canon Digital Rebel XSi
Tamron 10-24mm

This was by far the most impressive crepuscular and anticrepuscular display I've ever seen. Those two giant shadows were caused by some clouds blocking light on the horizon as the sun set. The clouds around the rays were lit when the sun sank low enough to light them up. This was looking west, and the rays extended all the way to the eastern horizon (check out this pano: [link] ). These rays extended directly overhead. This photo was taken at 10mm to give an idea of just how huge these rays were. What a sunset! :wow:

Please tell me what you think! :)
