An extremely vibrant rainbow appears to drape its light above a barn and farmstead near the small town of Kennard, Nebraska While the storms this day never matured to be anything impressive, I did manage to squeeze one good photo op out of it by positioning myself just right. I saw a gap in the clouds to the west and new that if I hit it at just the right time, I'd be able to see a rainbow. Sure enough, as I drove into position, a brilliant rainbow appeared to the east as the pre-sunset light hit the remaining rain curtains Ran down the road just far enough to frame the farm right underneath the rainbow, and as you can see, the results were fantastic
